Annie supports client engagements with a focus on technology, security, and risk. Prior to joining KSG, Annie worked at Honeywell Aerospace on the Product Security teams for both the Commercial and Space and Defense business. Her work included leading the product security incident response team, ensuring successful roll out of security initiatives across the business, and leading Cyber Security on a must-win defense contract. Annie holds a Masters in Cyber Security from Georgia Institute of Technology and is certified as an Associate-CISSP.

Sienna comes to us with a BS in Cyber Security and an MS in Cyber Forensics, both from Purdue University. She has taken professional turns as a support specialist, forensic analyst, and anti-fraud analyst. While at Purdue, she researched digital artifacts and proposed a risk assessment methodology to identify potential CSAM offenders. She’s a certified ethical hacker and working towards completion of her associate CISSP and Sec+.

Dakota provides insights to clients on China's hacking teams, their capabilities and research, and the industrial policies that drive their behavior. Dakota previously worked at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology on the CyberAI Project. His work examined artificial-intelligence and cybersecurity research at Chinese universities, the People’s Liberation Army’s efforts to automate software vulnerability discovery, and new policies to improve China’s cybersecurity talent pipeline. He has been featured and quoted on his expertise in a variety of outlets, including The Economist, MIT Technology Review, The Hill, Breaking Defense, and Defense One. Dakota has also testified before the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission and briefed defense agencies on his research. He holds a MA in Security Studies and Asian Affairs certificate from Georgetown University and a BA in Political Science from UNC Wilmington. Dakota is also a Nonresident Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Global China Hub.

Prior to joining KSG, he worked on disinformation research at the Stanford Internet Observatory where he developed an expertise in open source intelligence research and leveraged his data science skills to contribute to a 300 page report analyzing disinformation surrounding the 2020 presidential election. He previously pursued entrepreneurship, where his company was accepted into Lightspeed Venture Partners’ summer fellowship program. Jackson recently finished his undergraduate and master’s degrees at Stanford University where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Sean Feeney is a systems architect focused on securing our clients’ enterprise environments. Sean’s last few years have been spent working vendors and technology teams to design and implement secure solutions that helps businesses grow. His work includes global data center deployments, security architecture design and review, and technology due diligence for multi-national organizations. Sean hold numerous professional certifications in cyber security management, offensive, and defensive security.

Isabella understands the intersectionality of operational, geopolitical, and cyber-related risk that our clients face, and develops strategies to maintain trust amidst an increasingly complex business landscape. Prior to joining KSG, Isabella helped launch the Election Integrity Partnership at the Stanford Internet Observatory, a public-private partnership focused on real-time identification of information operations during the 2020 elections. Previously, she worked in both software engineering and product management capacities at Facebook and Google. Isabella graduated from Stanford University, receiving her B.S. in Computer Science at Stanford with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.

Al Hanson keeps our team up to date on U.S Cyber Legislation, assists on matters related to geopolitics and technology policy, and supports our clients on matters of International Economics. Prior to joining KSG, Al was a Legislative Intern for Senator Chris Coons’ Washington D.C office during the Spring of 2021 and an Economic Empowerment Intern for the International Rescue Committee. While attending the University of Delaware, he majored in Economics and obtained a Foreign Language Certificate in Spanish.

Chris Krebs is a Founding Partner of the Krebs Stamos Group and Chair of the Commission on Information Disorder at the Aspen Institute. He previously served as the first director of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) where he oversaw the Agency’s efforts to manage risk to the nation’s businesses and government agencies. Before serving as CISA Director, Mr. Krebs was appointed as the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection. He joined DHS in March 2017, first serving as Senior Counselor to the Secretary and previously led Microsoft’s U.S. cybersecurity policy efforts.

Tracy is a Security Researcher at KSG. In this role she utilizes her Master of Library and Information Science degree to oversee our research practices & products, as well as information organization. Prior to joining KSG, Tracy used her knowledge and expertise as an Analyst in the Security Operations Centers of both GlaxoSmithKline and The New York Times Company.

Micah leads day-to-day operations at KSG. In this role he makes sure our clients benefit from our advice, our team is wonderful to work with, and our business strategy is sound. Prior to joining KSG, Micah led business operations for Obsidian Analysis, Inc., successfully managing several years of rapid growth before the company’s acquisition in 2014. He is also an expert in decision analysis and risk management, having focused the development of methodologies to manage critical infrastructure risk for over a decade in support of the Department of Homeland Security and as part of Argonne National Laboratory.

Bill oversees client engagements in private equity, professional services, and biometric identification. Prior to joining KSG, Bill co-founded Obsidian Analysis, Inc, a national security consultancy, and helped lead the company’s rapid growth from four to more than 100 employees in five years, before its acquisition in 2016. For nearly two decades, he has been a trusted advisor to senior executives in both the public and private sectors in the areas of security strategy, risk management, and emergency preparedness.

Joseph helps align KSG's security and risk offerings to our partners' most pressing challenges. In this role, he helps KSG clients manage both the opportunity and risk of their technology-focused business strategies Prior to joining KSG, Joseph advised software companies and investors and led advanced cybersecurity R&D efforts in partnership with enterprise technology vendors, industrial electronics manufacturers, and national defense agencies. Joseph holds an MBA from Harvard Business school and BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University.

Matthew manages delivery of strategy and security solutions at KSG. In this role, he helps enterprises assess complex risks and adapt to global change. Prior to joining KSG, he spent over ten years advising the government and the private sector on critical preparedness and technology challenges. He has designed and led strategic assessments of organizational resilience, emerging technology, and cybersecurity programs to drive risk-informed decision making. He holds a M.Sc. in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Physics and Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University.

Lisa leads both client-facing and internal process and project improvements at KSG. Prior to joining KSG, Lisa worked at Tesla and Amazon where she managed and led cross-functional and strategic programs, technical implementations, policy implementation, and vendor relationship management. Lisa excels in helping organizations identify operational efficiencies across their organization, translating into tangible deliverables, and presenting it to all levels of the organization for their final sign-off and buy-in.

Prior to joining KSG, Alexia worked at the Office of the Secretary of State in Washington to support a full spectrum of election security activities as an engineer on the state’s inaugural election security team. Alexia holds Associate of ISC(2) CISSP, GCPN, and GXPN certifications, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Evergreen State College. Alexia is passionate about harnessing the power of empathy and the scalability of automation to build and maintain secure, resilient, and usable systems.

Sarah leads our client engagements across the industrial automation, life sciences, and insurance industries. Prior to joining KSG, Sarah served as a management consultant and Business Resilience practice manager for The Cadmus Group LLC, successfully managing growth and expansion of preparedness and organizational resilience advisory services to commercial clients as well as public sector clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, and the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency. She excels at working with a range of stakeholders, including corporate executives and technical and non-technical audiences, driving results that align with strategic and operational priorities and accurately represent stakeholder equities.

Cameron leads our client efforts in advanced technology verticals including Aerospace, Manufacturing, Software and Electronics. Cameron’s area of expertise is in developing strategies that help companies mature their security posture while facilitating alignment on business goals and ensuring buy-in from leadership. Prior to joining KSG, Cameron built and led the Information Security PMO at Tesla where she managed a team of PMs & TPMs to tackle Tesla’s most critical Information Security programs.

Alex Stamos is a Founding Partner of the Krebs Stamos Group as well as the Founder and Director of the Stanford Internet Observatory. Prior to launching KSG and the SIO, Alex served as the Chief Security Officer of Facebook and as the Chief Information Security Officer at Yahoo. He is a member of the Aspen Institute’s Cyber Security Task Force, the Bay Area CSO Council, and the Council on Foreign Relations. Alex also serves on the advisory board to NATO’s Collective Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Estonia and to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Advisory Committee.

Jonathan is a seasoned technologist specializing in cyber security and risk management. Prior to joining KSG, he spent more than a decade assisting large and small organizations to develop strategies, build programs, and adopt technologies to address today’s complex risk landscape. Jonathan’s experience stretches across a broad range of industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Tech. His unique approach to cybersecurity and risk management focuses not only on innovative technical capabilities but, more importantly, addressing the human element.
